    Position: Senior Analyst – Windows & Cloud

    ‍ Experience: 3 - 4 years

    Location: Technopark, Trivandrum

    Job Description

    • Managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure of various clients and the organization
    • Windows server administration and management
    • Handling escalated requests from Level 1 and Level 2 Support Engineers
    • Technically lead the team and act as an escalation point
    • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for global clients on Virtualization, Windows, Cloud (Azure, AWS, O365) configuration and management
    • Deploying and managing applications in Cloud environments
    • Migrating servers and services from on-prem or between different cloud service providers
    • Harden the security and integrity of resources deployed in cloud or on prem for compliance purposes
    • Handle server migration, account migration and data centre migration tasks.
    • Solid knowledge and working experience on the following technologies: Windows, AD, IIS, Hyper-V, Azure, M365.
    • Experience with Active Directory in a multi domain environment
    • In-depth knowledge on Active Directory disaster recovery and backup solutions
    • Experience in GPOs , DNS and DHCP. TRUSTs, SITES AND SERVICES, ADFS, PKI and DFS
    • Experience managing and troubleshooting ADFS, AAD, and AAD Connect
    • Hands-on experience with virtualization technology including VMware and Hyper-V
    • Hands on experience in supporting & resolving Cloud infrastructure related incidents/events
    • Hands on Experience in M365 administration and advanced troubleshooting
    • Expert-level knowledge of email authentication technologies: DMARC, DKIM, and SPF
    • Experience with M365 services including but not limited to SharePoint Online, Intune, OneDrive, and Teams
    • Hands-on knowledge of messaging related appliances/software: Proofpoint, Spam Hero, etc..
    • Azure WVD administration and configuration, Performance tuning, design and build WVD infrastructure. Set up virtual machines, session hosts, and associated infrastructure components.
    • In-depth understanding of network-related concepts/technologies such as TCP/UDP/IP, ports, DNS, Site to site VPN setup and firewalls, routing protocols.
    • Manage storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage solutions.
    • Strong understanding of storage protocols, such as NFS, CIFS, and iSCSI.
    • Patching Windows workstations and servers through SCCM /NinjaOne/ Intune technologies and share the compliance report as applicable.
    • Update and close tickets, update documents (such as handover documents, root cause analysis, analysis and recommendations to reports, post incident reviews) in a timely manner with high quality.
    • Develop automation scripts for repetitive tasks, using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
    • · Awareness of basic database concepts (SQL or Oracle)
    • Excellent knowledge and working experience on azure active directory, office 365, exchange server and VMware vSphere.
    • Candidates must have exposure to most of the technologies listed below: Microsoft Azure (WVD, AAD, Intune), SCCM, Virtualization Technology including VMware, Hyper-V.
    • Experience with networking is a plus
    • Excellent client management skills
    • Good understanding of operational framework like ITIL/ITSM, operations process
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide on call support in a 24x7 environment
    • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Positive attitude and quick learning skills
