Job summary
Manage and update hospital social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile etc) Coordinate with Branding Team for creatives reels posters videos Ensure timely posting of doctor promotions health awareness content milestone celebrations Execute digital campaigns for OP growth camps new doctor onboarding special services Support WhatsApp blast campaigns Assist in paid promotions Meta Ads / Google Ads as and when required Monitor Google reviews coordinate with operations responses corrective actions Update Google My Business profiles regularly photos videos offers posts Ensure accurate hospital details across all digital platforms Coordinate updates website content doctor profiles services banners announcements Track performance metrics reach engagement leads conversions Prepare basic monthly digital marketing performance reports Provide insights improving campaign effectiveness Coordinate Operations Team content capture doctor videos OT success stories events Ensure all content follows hospital branding guidelines approvals Support internal communication related to digital branding initiatives Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media or related field Experience Digital Marketing Healthcare experience preferred Knowledge social media platforms Google My Business ad platforms Basic understanding content marketing SEO online promotions Good communication coordination skills Ability work designers videographers operations teams Call watsapp
