    We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiterwith a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a dynamicIT software solutions company.

    The ideal candidate should possessexcellent communication skills a strong command over the Englishlanguage and a proven track record of successfully hiring technicalpositions within the IT sector.


    Responsibilities:
    1.

    Talent Acquisition:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understandtheir technical staffing needs. Source identify and engage toptiercandidates through various channels including job portals socialmedia and professional networks. Build and maintain a pipeline ofqualified candidates for current and future openings.2.


    Candidate Assessment:
    Screen resumesconduct initial interviews and assess candidates technical skillsto ensure a strong match with the job requirements. Coordinatetechnical assessments and evaluations as needed to evaluatecandidates proficiency. 3.


    Job Postings andNetworking:
    Create compelling job descriptions and post them onmultiple job portals to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    Utilize social media and professional networks to expand thecompanys reach and connect with potentialcandidates. 4.


    Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates andinternal stakeholders. Provide regular updates to hiring managerson the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.5.


    Data Management:
    Maintain accurate anduptodate records of candidate information in the applicant trackingsystem (ATS). Generate reports and metrics to track recruitmenteffectiveness and identify areas forimprovement. 6.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Stayupdated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologiesin IT recruitment. Proactively suggest and implement improvementsto the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Qualifications:1.


    Educational Background:
    Bachelors degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or a related field is preferred

    2 Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years ofexperience as an IT Recruiter in a software solutions company

    3 Skills:
    Strong communication skills withproficiency in the English language. Demonstrated experience inhiring for technical positions within the IT sector. Familiaritywith various job portals and recruitment tools. Ability to assesstechnical skills and qualifications effectively.4.
