    Responsibilities:

    • Collaboration and Integration: - Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns. - Ensure synergy between social media initiatives and broader brand messaging.
    • Performance Analysis: - Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement. - Optimize content strategies based on performance data.
    • Community Engagement: - Manage and moderate comments, messages, and interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses. - Identify and engage with industry influencers, partners, and potential clients.
    • Market Insight: - Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to content creation. - Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
    • Content Creation: - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, images, and videos. - Develop creative content that resonates with the target audience.
    • Reporting: - Regularly report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • Experience: - Approximately 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services.
    • Technical Skills: - Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. - Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube platforms and their algorithms.
    • Content Creation: - Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills. - Creative mindset with a proven ability to generate innovative content ideas.
    • Communication Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
    • Team Collaboration: - Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a collaborative team player.
    • Adaptability: - Highly adaptable, open to feedback, and able to integrate constructive criticism.
