- Comprehend the intricacies of Retail, MBO Distribution, and E-commerce businesses to enhance the operations
- Plan seasonal ranges and curate assortments
- Collaborate with the local product development team to establish the production line in India
- Manage the entire product development cycle from sampling to delivery
- Create local and imported assortments with cost of goods sold awareness and deliver on goals
- Handle sell-through and markdown strategies
- Achieve agreed upon gross margin percentage targets for the category
- Organize seasonal product conferences and partner presentations
- Assist in developing new products for key channels and partners
- Collaborate with Buying Managers on end-of-season sales planning
- Take ownership of tracking seasonal deliveries for the category
