Experience in Program Management, Project Management, Software Testing & Quality Assurance Management. ¿ Responsible for planning, designing and proactively monitoring programs progress, conflict resolution and taking appropriate corrective action. ¿ Experienced in handling team size of ~130 team members, with multiple technical tracks, Testing, Performance, Security, SCRUM, Release Management. ¿ Extensive interaction with Client, Delivery, Talent Acquisition, Cross Functional Teams. Experienced in Program / Project Initiation, Capabilities Projection, Delivery, Conflict Management. ¿ Knowledge in Aerospace domain will be an added advantage ¿ Team building, Recruitment, Project Pursuits, Discovery, Requirements, Design Development, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance. ¿ Extensive knowledge in Agile Framework, to enable Product Owners on grooming & maintaining the product backlog. ¿ Responsible for promoting & supporting Scrum per the Scrum Guide, by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, & values. Coached the Development Team in self organization, cross functionality & led organization(s) in its Scrum adoption. ¿ Responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise to team members, colleagues and/or customers. ¿ Responsible for contributing towards the program/project review meetings. ¿ Experienced in directing/planning necessary extra work, and rework and re plan activities. ¿ Excellent management, interpersonal, Analytical, communication, organizational and decision making skills.
