    Description

    Job Title: Data Operations Analyst

    Location: Mumbai

    Kantar Worldpanel is moving from legacy production systems to a cloud-based one. This transformation requires a Data Operations Analyst who will work with the leadership team in leveraging your business expertise to provide best practices configuration and deployment of solutions utilizing the Atlassian product suite, such as Jira.

    UK, France & Iberia markets are the 2024 priority with roll out in Latam, Asia and rest of the world during following months. It is an exciting time to be part of the next stage of growth for Kantar and the Worldpanel division. You will be tasked to developed, setup and maintain Atlassian workflows and requests to allow teams to have a more suitable legacy system and more integrated and setup and maintain dashboards to collaborate it.

    You will work closely with a diverse range of key company stakeholders (within PRISM Factory) based in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and other region.

    WHAT'D YOU DO:

    Data Analysis:

    • Analyse business documents and configure based on specifications.
    • Participate in presales interactions and review requirements.
    • Ability to work in an agile working environment with the ability to provide feedback on requests to workflow changes and business process.
    • Execute configurations and testing of product implementations.
    • Complete Documentation of configured features and review with Sr Stakeholders.
    • Able to provide ongoing support on different projects.
    • Ability to identify the root cause of client issues, and work with internal experts to correctly deploy changes.
    • Internal work collaboration with different teams, as well as contribute materials to corporate Blog posts.
    • Work independently on assigned tasks, with the ability to take initiative independently.

    WHAT'D YOU BRING:

    • Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in advanced Excel, Power BI (Required), SQL, Python, JIRA and Azure DevOps (Desired).
    • Atlassian Workflow and Requests build – Mandatory
    • Familiar with software development, technology management and delivery, and/or IT operations.
    • Understanding of Agile Development Principles and Team Software Development is an asset.
    • Familiarity in either Agile, practices, Service Management/ITSM, PMP
    • Technical/software configuration skills, including User interface-based configuration an asset.
    • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Previous experience working in a corporate environment is an asset.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills to explain technical results to non-technical people.
    • Relevant certifications in Atlassian mentioned are welcome.
    • Proficiency with database languages such as SQL.
    • Fluent in English
