    Job Responsibilities

    • Design scalable solutions using BMC Helix ITSM.

    • Develop workflows and service catalog items.

    • Enhance CMDB and Asset Management modules ensuring alignment with ITIL practices.


    Key Requirements:

    The candidate must have 6+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM development. They should also have strong knowledge of Digital Workplace Advanced (DWP-A) and Workflow Designer, proficiency in Helix Innovation Studio / Innovation Suite, expertise in CMDB & Asset Management modules, good scripting and troubleshooting skills, along with a solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL frameworks (ITIL V3/V4 preferred).
