The ideal candidate will possess expertise in VisionPLUS modules, specifically CMS, CDM, ASM, FAS, TRAMS, LMS, and LTS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lifecycle management of card products, including issuance, renewal, and cancellation.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, card management, and payment processing.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, then analyze these requirements to create detailed functional specifications for Vision Plus implementations.

Requirements:

• Business Analyst with experience on Vision PLUS.
• Ability to help migrate existing processes to Vision PLUS and map data sources.
• Experience in accounts receivable and disputes.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.

Skills:

• Vision plus Business analyst.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
