    Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing metrics.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Experience in the luxury real estate industry is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Channel Partner Management:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive mutual growth and success.

    Collaborate with partners to develop co-marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

    Creating Sales Communication Assets:
    Develop sales collateral, presentations, and other communication assets to support the sales team.

    Ensure all sales materials are compelling, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging.

    Targets:
    Set clear and achievable targets for lead generation, sales conversion, and other marketing objectives.

    Monitor progress towards targets and implement strategies to address any performance gaps.

    Budgets:
    Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.

    Track expenditure and optimize spending to achieve marketing objectives within budget constraints.

    Marketing Calendar & Plan:
    Create a comprehensive marketing calendar outlining all marketing activities and campaigns.

    Develop detailed marketing plans with clear objectives, strategies, tactics, and timelines.

    Lead Generation:
    Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.

    Utilize a variety of channels and tactics, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.

    Ownership & Responsibility:
    Take ownership of channel partner relationships and collaborate effectively to drive mutual success.

    Lead the development of sales communication assets, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and sales objectives.

    Set and manage targets, budgets, marketing calendars, and plans to achieve business goals effectively.

    Drive lead generation efforts through strategic planning and execution across various marketing channels.
