Project Eagle is hiring for Project X.

Founded in 2020 by Tarang Sanghi, Project X is an innovation lab, based in Jaipur, RJ (India) at its stealth-startup phase.

Our lab's designed to create and launch new companies, products and services. It's invaluable in jump-starting novel ideas that can either disrupt or complement existing companies. We draw from our cross-functional expertise and collaborate to create these new offerings.

We fundamentally think that when we design a new product, service, or experience, we're simultaneously designing the broader business strategy and roadmap for future growth.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are searching for a driven, strategy-oriented copywriter who would work alongside various departments and ensure all the stakeholder touchpoints complement the company's vision.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES*

Collaborate - Work alongside management, project managers, human resource and IT to create, edit and revise in-house correspondence, technical documentation and customer-facing materials.
- Management - Assist in communicating the company's vision by documenting company-wide policies and guidelines.
- Project Manager - Create presentation, email and proposal templates.
- Human Resource - Write compelling job descriptions and design technical questions.
- Information Technology - Translate technical concepts into simpler troubleshoot documents.
Research - Perform thorough subject-matter research (combining online sources, interviews and studies) and curate findings into various reports/proposals/presentations.
Present - Explain strategic solutions to management and make revisions as needed.
Maintain - Templatize documents that are regularly needed by various departments and ensure they are timely upgraded.

KPI

Ensure uniformity in company-wide communications both online and offline.
Align the company's vision and brand (in terms of style, fonts, images and tone) for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education & Work experience** - We prioritise skills over traditional degrees. But any trainings/ certifications/ projects undertaken/ past internships that demonstrate your deep interest in this field are highly desirable.
Software and Applications- MS Office Suite, Notion (preferable)

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS WORK EXPERIENCE Worked as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role. Work experience at a startup is preferable. ** You will be expected to present proof of your qualifications and work experience. EDUCATION Graduation degree. Additional degree / certification is a bonus. SOFTWARE AND APPLICATION Excellent MS Office knowledge. Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. Google apps, copy machines, etc). QUALITIES & CAPABILITIES Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Discretion and confidentiality.
