    As a student-first brand, it is imperative that we reach out to prospective students looking to study abroad better and faster.

    We are looking for a Senior Leader to spearhead our customer acquisition effort across channels:
    Online Paid Marketing, Organic, and Remarketing funnels.

    The ideal candidate for us is someone who has led customer acquisition for any of the new-age technology companies and comes with at least 5 years of experience across middle management and senior roles.

    The role will be leading the overall online marketing strategy to drive exponential Growth for Leverage Edu.


    What you'll do :

    • Create and exponentially grow top of the funnel leads for sales conversion month on month
    • Budget planning & program management of customer acquisition across digital marketing channels
    • Plan, execute and monitor online marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Affiliates, etc.), and organic channels such as content and SEO
    • Prepare exhaustive student journeys and execute product automation to drive remarketing led conversions
    • Define key metrics to monitor the performance of each channel
    • Design and implement structured dashboards to transparently track performance and take ongoing corrective actions
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Develop and monitor campaign budget
    • Execute in an intense, fastpaced, and highly iterative environment

    What you'll need :

    • Minimum a Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, masters degree or MBA is preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in managing Growth across Online Channels (Google, Facebook, Referrals), Organic Channels (SEO and Content),
    • Leadership experience in a fastgrowing startup OR relevant experience in a Management Consulting company preferred
    • Ability to build and execute a holistic multichannel marketing plan and be responsible for building the lead funnel for the company
    • Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
    • Strong analytics skills
