Job Description:

We are hiring Telecalling Executives to join our BPO/Customer Care team. As a Telecalling Executive, your role will involve making outbound calls to customers, providing information about products or services, and handling customer inquiries. This position requires good communication skills, a friendly and persuasive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. This is a part-time position with both day and night shifts available, and you will be required to work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services.

Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits to customers.

Answer customer inquiries and address their concerns effectively.

Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and quality interactions.

Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
