    Senior Executive(Operations)




    RolesandResponsibility:

    Processing of placed orders/ generatinginvoices
    Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as CommercialInvoices AWB EWay
    billsetc. for ongoingshipments.
    Scan Barcodes for incoming and outgoing goods
    Responding/In territory to customer messages in ecommerceplatforms.
    Coordinating with 3pl team to process the order ontime.
    Coordinating with courier/ logistics partners to pickup/ Deliverthe orders ontime.
    Should be capable enough to close the provided tasks in thestipulatedtime.
    Placed orders to e dispatched not less than 24hrs oftime.
    Maintaining 5s of the bay/area assign tothem.
    Maintenance of shipping relateddocuments
    Evaluate all items for import and ensure accuracy in all values andcollaborate with
    customsbrokers to provide clearance of all imports and maintain requireddocuments.
    Knowledge in Customsclearance
    Coordinating with external vendors to import the products/relevantspares
    Monitor and provide a response to all customs inquiries andrequests and obtainrequired
    productcertifications of import products for customsclearance.
    Collaborate with various departments and obtain Inventory levelsand ensurestock
    availability.

    Requirements

    Basicrequirements:
    anygraduation


    • Min 70% aggregate throughout thesemester
    • Basic knowledge of the Ecommerce platform to process orders on atimelybasis.
    • Should be capable enough to close the provided tasks in thestipulated time under less
    supervision.

    • English and Hindi proficiency is amust.
    • Min experience in 3 years of logistics/courier/ ecommerceplatforms/warehouse.
    • Knowledge of cities in zonewise/Districtwise.
