Job Summary

and Responsibilities Responsible for the efficiency of the Sales Department to meet the expectation of the hotel in terms of sales, profitability and image.

Establish sales, marketing plan and budgetary. Follow, review and improve the Sales Performance Standards and Policies at all times. Maintains and upgrades communication networks to ensure that the hotel has a competitive advantage in information and sales leads. Liaise with concerned departments to ensure that operations deliver the best quality product and service to clients. Prepare monthly sales & marketing report on a timely basis. Job Requirements
1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 5 years sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5 star class environment
3. Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
4. Be self motivated, result-oriented, resourceful and posses leadership qualities
5. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
6. Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
