Job Description:

To join our team, we are looking for a Business Development Intern with prior experience in, exposure or interest in the Food and Beverage sector. The intern will create and implement business development strategies to bring in potential leads for our business. This entails finding potential customers, establishing connections, and closing the deals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify potential clients in the market and build relationships with them.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the F&B industry.
• Multilingual
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of plant-based meat products and sustainability is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
