    Job Role: Consultant/Sr. Consultant

    Location: Saket, New Delhi (Nearest Metro- Saket, Gate no. 2)

    Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Saturday timings will be 9 to 1:30 pm)

    Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm

    Salary: Up to 32,000/Month (Please don't apply if you are looking more than that).

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Consultant / Senior Consultant specializing in Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess 1 Year to 3 years of experience in recruiting for a diverse range of industries including IT, ITES, and non-IT sectors. This role demands expertise in sourcing candidates with a spectrum of skills, from mainstream to niche, along with a robust understanding of both IT and non-IT domains. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in screening profiles, particularly for lateral and leadership positions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand client requirements for various technical and functional roles, and effectively identify potential candidates who align with these requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with clients and business managers to gain deeper insights into position specifications, thereby expediting the hiring process.
    • Utilize a variety of search tools including job sites, social media platforms, as well as internal and external databases to source suitable candidates.
    • Engage in headhunting activities when necessary to target specific profiles.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • High attention to detail and a continuous learning mindset.
    • Ability to comprehend and familiarize oneself with clients' business, technical, and functional needs.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Career & Growth Prospects:

    Future growth opportunities within the firm include advancement to a Team Leader role, overseeing teams, and ultimately progressing to a Practice Manager position responsible for managing client relationships.

    Our compensation package comprises a competitive monthly fixed salary complemented by variable incentives. There is no limit on earnings from incentives, which are disbursed quarterly upon achieving targets.
