- Oversees Recruitment, Induction and Training Process and efficiencies: Monitor and drive the interviewing and hiring of Human Resource employee team members with appropriate skills.
- Managing Performance Management System and Career Progression
- Play a key role in leading the planning, coordination, administration, and reporting of the annual merit process.
- Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position.
- Managing Employee Development: Use available on the job training tools to assess conduct and evaluate training programmes.
- Ensure departmental orientation processes are in place and employees receive appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.
- Conduct Organizational development and employee engagement programmes from time to time
- Maintaining Employee Relations
- 5+ years of experience with an urge to build and create a highly motivated team
- A zeal to create HR practices which are best in the business
- Experience in setting up HR processes from scratch is preferred or having worked in a startup eco system
- Experience in service, retails sector is an advantage
