    Reporting to: Sales Head

    Compensation: as per skillsets and company norms

    Working Experience: 4 5 Years

    Qualifications: UG-B. Tech /B.E. /Any Graduate Any specialization preferably technical. PG-MBA/PGDM- preferably mkt. should have command on English and computer.

    Experience: the ideal candidate should have a sales related experience. A minimum of 4+ years experience in a sales or business development role in a sales coordination environment is required.

    Job description

    Coordinates the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other

    tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in a timely manner.

    Prepares regular status reports on ongoing tendering and evaluation activities

    Collaborates with key internal stakeholders in identifying procurement needs relative to projects being undertaken by the company and develops draft procurement schedules.

    Prepares evaluation reports and other corresponding documents in accordance with standard templates for approval and signoff.

    Acts as a liaison between clients & internal stakeholders to ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.A Tendering Coordinator primarily assists the sales teamfocusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.

    A Tendering Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

    You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

    You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.

    The Tendering Coordinator may also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.

    Collect new tender information through tender news, government and other websites and networking sources.

    Key skills and qualifications of a Tendering Coordinator:

    You must be educated to degree level and may also be required to hold any qualifications relating to Sales or Marketing.

    You must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job.

    A Tendering Coordinator must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.

    Due to the volume of communication that will be required with the client, the Sales Coordinator must possess excellent customer service skills.
