Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for Technician, Electrician & Service Engineers.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of training initiatives from planning to evaluation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training modules and materials.
• Analyze training effectiveness using metrics such as participant feedback and knowledge assessment scores.
• Develop and implement training strategies to meet business objectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and resources.

Job Requirements :

• Strong understanding of product training principles and methodologies.
• Proven track record in developing and delivering high-quality technical trainings.
• Experience in training management, delivery, and technical training.
• Familiarity with EV vehicles and their applications is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
