    Key Responsibilities

    1. Employee Engagement Strategy: Develop strategies to foster a positive work environment and high employee engagement.
    2. HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
    3. HR Strategy: Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
    4. Sales Effectiveness: Collaborate with the sales team to enhance their effectiveness and performance.
    5. Offshoring HR Processes: Manage the transition of HR processes to shared services to improve efficiency.
    6. Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and support for impacted employees.
    7. HR Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and regulations.
    8. Succession Planning: Implement a succession planning process to identify and develop future leaders.

    Qualification : Post Graduate with 6-8 years experience especially have experience in managing managed offshore employees
