Position Overview:
As the Associate Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong blend of digital and traditional marketing expertise, along with exceptional leadership skills to guide and develop our marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience. Define clear goals, objectives, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
Brand Management:
Oversee brand development and positioning efforts to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels. Develop brand guidelines and standards and monitor adherence to brand identity in all marketing collateral and communications.
Digital Marketing:
Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), email marketing, and social media strategy.
Leverage data analytics and insights to optimize digital campaigns and drive user engagement and conversion.Content Strategy:
Develop and execute content marketing strategies to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality content across various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, and social media.
Team Leadership and Development:
Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for innovation. Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive performance, foster collaboration, and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in marketing with a focus on both digital and conventional strategies.
Experience in B2C, B2B, D2C, and Customer Brand Business preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
