• Drafting Agreements, MOUs, Sale Deed, Conveyances, Contracts, Loan Agreements, Leases and other legal documents and other nonlitigation drafting.
• Drafting Plaint, Written Statement, Writ Petition, Affidavits and other litigation drafting.
• Conduct legal research on various aspects of land & property acquisition and sale.
• Preparing Notes and Briefing Counsels/Senior Counsels.
• Attending court matters.
• Strategize, prepare for, and attend mediation and arbitration.
• Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts.
• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws.
• Reviewing and updating existing legal documents to ensure compliance with current laws.
• Title Due Diligence reading and understanding all revenue documents to carry out a thorough due diligence of the property / land and carrying out searches of properties and lands.

• Bachelors degree in law from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, LLB, or J.D. degree)
• At least 10 years of experience after degree.
• Expertise in Drafting and good command of English language.
• Should be fluent in Marathi.
• Should be familiar and well versed with land & property related documents such as 7/12, Mutation Entries, and all other revenue documents.
• Real Estate background and knowledge of property laws and property transactions.
