    Roles and Responsibilities

    • This role will be responsible for Onboarding of WABA clients.
    • Which will include to ensure that they should have FB verified.
    • If they dont have FB verified FBM agent needs to get the process completed with the client.
    • This role will be responsible for doing essential follow up until the activation process gets completed.
    • Reports need to be built monthly, weekly for activation status.
    • Candidates should have good written and spoken English skills.
    • Ideal Candidates must have good customer support etiquettes.

    Lead the team of amazing salespeople to drive 10X: Team Leader- Sales Team Job Description The Sales Team Lead handles coordinating the sales department, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached. The Sales Lead will perform sales, management, and administrative tasks, such as maintaining your sales performance, recruiting and training, and monitoring inventory. This individual will assist in developing, creating, and implementing sales processes and procedures; as well as making recommendations for enhancements to the sales process & training materials as needed to enhance the overall MyOperator customer's experience. Requirements Key Responsibility Area Developing sales strategies in order to ensure the monthly target & goals. Identifying team goals & setting targets for the entire team & individual team members. Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Ensuring strong sales funnel & preparing weekly/monthly sales reports/analysis. Conducting regular one-to-one feedback sessions with team members & understanding the opportunities to scale their skills & overall performance. Knowledge, Skill Set & Qualification Required. 2+ experience in leading a high performing team, preferably B2B space Bachelor's Degree a plus & Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills & Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed. Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels of the Company Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, advanced Excel)
