    Description

    Responsibilities

    Account Receivable / Accounts payable

    Checking Sales collection (Cash & Credit Card) and taxes (SC.GST & VAT) with the software reports.

    Passing sales entry in the system.

    Checking petty Cash expenses of the Cashier and Store Keeper and preparing the cheque.

    Reconcile Cash & Credit card Collection with reports downloaded from the system and coordinate with

    Restaurant Manager or Cashier if any discrepancy is found.

    Reconciles bank statements regularly.

    Checking Purchase bills with suppliers contract and pass the entry in the system.

    Co-ordinate with Store Keeper for bills or any discrepancy.

    Surprise Stock checking and balance of Petty Cash given to cashier and store keeper on monthly basis.

    Preparing Payment Outstanding statement on weekly basis.

    Responsible for day-to-day accounting and voucher entry.

    Making all statutory payments (TDS, GST, VAT, PF, PT, ESIC & MLWF).

    Assist with financial and tax audits.

    Member of the Audit Committee

    • Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by the Finance Head.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree 3-8 years of Accounting experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
