We are hiring for HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner)

DCM is looking for a qualified HR business partner to support and advise the managers and employees of all HR-related matters on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management and is expected to promote a culture of performance, meritocracy, collaboration and integrity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business.

Responsible for working closely with the business leaders and the resource management group to forecast workforce requirements on a monthly/ quarterly basis.

Be the first point of contact for all employee issues and grievances.

Drive engagement initiatives like New hire Buddy/ mentoring program, Voice of Employee, R & R, Friday engagements, etc.

Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessment for employees across levels.

Monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.

Role Requirement:

MBA with specialization in Human Resources from a recognized university/ institute.

years of proven work experience as an HR business partner with full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.

Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.

Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, excellent people management skills, analytical, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pre-Requisites

Candidates with Laptop and Internet connectivity must.

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Shift : Day Shift

Working timings :- 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
