    Description

    We are currently hiring for "Brand Marketing Manager" for a large B2C Startup based out in Mumbai.

    Job Responsibilities:-

    • Engineer and enact comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to propel business growth and augment customer engagement.
    • Set Brand planning calendar, coordinate cross-functional activities and planning process, manage timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
    • Design the brief for marketing initiatives and launches including campaign objectives and value proposition.
    • Lead team of various stake holders like campaign managers, copywriters, designers, editors, and freelance writers
    • Lead content creation & consumer experience for online & offline, Proofread content/ creatives generated inhouse.
    • Manage the efforts of various internal marketing team to evolve concepts and creatives, including but not limited to Amazon creatives, ecommerce creatives, branding collaterals, consumer engagement creatives, and product and experiential marketing efforts.
    • Must have eye and ability to create and process high quality compelling content including social posts, copies, reels, story content, video ads, scripts for those videos, supporting copies, blog articles etc.
    • Working on the SEO & organic activities for building organic traffic & credibility for the brand.
    • Define Metrics to measure customer satisfaction and engagement across all dimensions of the brand assets.
    • Understand competitive landscape, customer segmentation and customer satisfaction drivers.
    • Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development.

    Key Requirements:-

    • Have a process excellence mindset and proven track record of successfully scaling businesses and achieving revenue targets.
    • Prior experience of 8- 14 years in E-commerce/ Edtech sector is highly desirable.
