    Job Title:
    Flutter Lead

    Experience- 9+years, must have experience in leading a team.


    Job Description:
    We are looking for an experienced Flutter Lead to join our team and lead the development of mobile applications.

    As a Flutter Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of developers, as well as contributing to the technical architecture and design of our mobile applications.

    You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality and scalable mobile solutions.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of Flutter developers in the design, development, and delivery of mobile applications.
    • Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions using Flutter framework.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
    • Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies within the team.
    • Review code, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in mobile development.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
    • Lead by example through hands-on coding, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
