ResponsibilitiesRoles & Responsibilities:
➢ SLA management & reporting as per contractPreparation of operational and business weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as per project requirementWill be single point of contact for LTIMindtree client and management team for all operational and business updatesRoot Cause Analysis of all the P1 & P2 defects within 48 HoursRegular ticket analysis of P1,P2,P3,P4 defects and working with Technical leads and architects to resolve defects within SLAsRegular analysis of application events and logs generated in all the subsystems to identify vulnerabilities and taking necessary action, in accordance with the results of the log analysisParticipation in client reviews and present the operations stats and dataSPOC for client for all operations updatesMonitor application health and performance and reportingVendor management for the operations streamResponsible to maintain knowledge base documentation, troubleshooting guide and SOPs for applicationsServe as leader and/or member of project operations teamResponsible for ITSM process adhere and implementationPerform periodic health check of the applications, troubleshooting problems with required tools and automated scripts, analyzing and implementing rectification measuresWork with release teams to deploy applications in different environmentsProvide operational inputs to the Build & Release, development teams to improve different applicationsCoordinate with other Stakeholder / teams to improve performance, troubleshoot & fix issues identifiedTimely invoice & collections for operation

Qualifications

Education:
MTech or ME or BTech or BE or MCA or MSc IT or MScExperience: 10 + years in IT industry with minimum of 5 years in operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy

Software maintenance background in Java based applications
