Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Spring Boot, Java, MySQL, and AWS. As a Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, secure, and efficient server-side systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our backend architecture supports our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Spring Boot and Java.
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Manage and optimize MySQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services like EC2, RDS, Lambda, and S3.
• Ensure the security and scalability of backend systems.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver complete solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in backend development, Spring Boot, Java, and AWS.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-4 years of experience in backend development with a focus on Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with MySQL database administration and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, Lambda, and S3.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture and related design patterns.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices in backend development.
