FIELD SERVICEENGINEERPOSITIONSUMMARYThe Field Service Engineer (FSE)provides frontline support by resolving customers concerns andissues through technical expertise and troubleshooting. The FSEinspects troubleshoots repairs calibrates and verifies theperformance of complex and intricate diagnostic imaging equipmentwhile providing regular communications to team members andcustomers. This position responds to and resolves allservicerelated issues primarily withinthe Seattle Washinton areaandrequires timely travel response to the customers site location. TheFSE position is a remote position that does not require daily orregular attendance at an office. This is a work from homedispatchedposition.POSITIONRESPONSIBILITIES(Essential JobFunctions)

• Serves asprimary onsite support engineer for all customers within assignedterritory for contract warranty and billable service calls;provides backup onsite support in other territories asnecessary
• Communicates with Service Supportteam to receive and provide detailed followup information regardingnew service calls followsup on open calls and brings issues toclosure
• Ensures company values are upheld inall customer communications and the highest level of customerservice is provided in all interactions; represents us in aprofessional and positive manor
• Uses criticalthinking to resolve issues within defined procedures and practicesto identify appropriate action to repair equipment rapidly andaccurately
• Consults by phone Teams and emailwith Regional Service Director Area Service Manager and technicalstaff to communicate information regarding system troubleshootingdiagnosing the problem and determining best practice to resolveissue; effectively communicates system status and time ofescalation per our Escalation Procedure
• Travelsto customer sites to diagnose and repair system failures providesroutine Preventive Maintenance (PM) services and other duties asrequired by contract or leadershipdirection.
• Resolves system and component issuesby reloading software and replacing hardware to resolve equipmentissues and maximize equipment performance to OEM (OriginalEquipment Manufacturers)specifications
• Generates system sales leads andcommunicates those leads back to salesteam
• Trains and disseminates knowledge to therest of the organization regardingequipment
• Participates in the oncall rotationschedule for afterhours technical supportcalls
• Complies with policies guidelines andregulatory requirements per ISO 13485:2016 standards and theCompany s Quality Management System
• Accepts theFSE role supersedes other designations and includes travel by allmodes and collaboratively follows the chain ofcommand
• Demonstrates success and a passion forservicing and learning new technologies which generally incudestraining opportunities in our supported modalities and systemmodels
• Identifies improvement opportunities toprocesses and offers applications and solutions to promote optimalefficiency
• Works professionally respectfullyand efficiently with all levels within theorganization
• Adheres to all company employmentpolicies and safe practices
• Performs otherduties asassigned

Education/Experience:

• Associatedegree in biomedical electrical/electronics or computer engineeringtechnology; military training; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience
• 2 to 4 years ofmedical diagnostic imaging troubleshooting and repair experiencerequired; 13 additional years of diagnostic imaging field servicerepair experience preferred
• Above averagetroubleshooting knowledge of any combinationmultiOEM/multimodality(Cath/Angio CV systemspreferred)

OtherQualifications:

• Work remotely fromhomebased location
• Travel to customer site willinclude 5075 percent of work
• Must be readywilling and able to travel by all modes of transportation and havea valid driver s license passport and Motor Vehicle Record meetingcompany requirements and guidelines
• Drivingrecord that is insurable
