    Responsibilities:MarketResearch:
    • Conductthorough research on target markets in the US UK AustraliaSingapore and Canada to identify potential clients and industrytrends.
    • Stay updated on the latest developmentsin the IT serviceindustry
    ClientAcquisition:
    • Generatenew business leads through various channels including cold callingnetworking events and online platforms such as ZoomInfo andLinkedIn.
    • Build and maintain a robust salespipeline to achieve and exceed salestargets.
    • Develop and nurture relationships withkey decisionmakers within targetorganizations.
    SalesPresentations:
    • Createcompelling presentations and proposals to showcase the valueproposition of our software services.
    • Conductengaging product demonstrations tailored to the needs ofprospective clients.
    Negotiation andClosing:
    • Collaboratewith internal teams to develop competitive pricingstrategies.
    • Lead contract negotiations and worktowards closing deals to meet revenuetargets.
    CustomerRelationshipManagement:
    • Act as atrusted advisor to clients understanding their business needs andrecommending suitable IT solutions.
    • Ensure highlevels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issuespromptly.
    Reportingand Analysis:
    • Prepareregular sales reports and updates for management detailing progressagainst targets and key performancemetrics.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areasfor improvement and implement correctiveactions.

    Qualifications:
    • Provenexperience in IT sales within the service industry with a focus onsoftware sales.
    • Track record of successfullyselling to international markets particularly the US UK AustraliaSingapore and Canada.
    • Strong understanding ofIT services and solutions.
    • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.
    • Abilityto build and maintain strong clientrelationships.
    • Resultsoriented with a focus onachieving and exceeding salestargets.
    • Knowledge of the software industrytrends and competition.
    • Willingness to travelinternationally ifrequired.
