- Manage the non-mass recruitment position assigned and adhere to quality and process guidelines
- Ensure the business recruitment strategies are followed and schedule regular meetings to monitor changes
- Maintaining and sharing MIS and dashboards for all metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, D&I as well as quality of hires for individual assigned units.
- Ensure all hiring are effectively closed across all levels as per the plan and within the budgeted cost.
- Manage relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Ensure that new joiners are provided all information on HR processes in advance
- Responsible for managing ATS and updating details related to MPR in the tool.
- 2 - 4 years of HR experience in talent Acquisition role specializing in hiring and HR operations
- Hiring for critical roles in IT and Non-IT functions.
- Must have led recruitment efforts with diversified approaches and strategies.
- Ability to negotiate and explain positive aspects of the role
