    Job Description

    Primary Responsibility

    Manager is responsible for supervising and executing internal audits (information, cyber and technology audits) to ensure timely and accurate completion of audit assignments.

    Management of audit wide initiatives and other special assignments.

    Managing, performing testing and drafting audit reports

    Performance Parameters

  • Lead technology audits (80%)
  • Ensure smooth and ongoing functioning of function (10%)
  • Develop leadership and ensure attrition at all levels is within the targeted levels (10%)
  • Ensure issue validation and sign offs (10%)

    • Role Responsibilities

  • Will plan for technology audits, including for identification of key risks, controls, test programs / steps
  • Work with all the stakeholders in managing issues per issue management lifecycle
  • Develop strategies for improving IA effectiveness. Ensure smooth and effective functioning of the audit team.
  • Develop leadership within the team and ensure training and development of team members in line with skill requirements

    • Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor of Engineering / B.Tech (E&C or CS or IT) / MCA
  • One or more Certifications such as CISA/ CISSP/ CISM/ CFE/ CeH (desired but not a pre-requisite)

    • Minimum Experience

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in information security / Internal Audit

  • Bachelor of Engineering / B.Tech (E&C or CS or IT) / MCA
  • Hands on experience and in-depth understanding of concepts related to Cyber Security / IT Infrastructure / Information Security that includes network devices, servers, operating systems, SIEM , DLP, Anti-APT, etc.
  • Understanding of concepts of emerging technologies that includes Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing
  • Excellent understanding of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy.
  • Good logical reasoning and reasonable analytical skills
  • Effective communication and report writing skills
  • Understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA etc.
  • Positive and go getter attitude
  • Should have effective influencing skills
  • Should be a team player with a potential to demonstrate team leadership skills.
