    Description

    Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled Lead iOS Developer with expertise in cross-platform development to join our dynamic team.

    As the Lead iOS Developer, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional build quality across iOS and Android platforms.

    You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with designers and product managers, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge mobile applications.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iOS development, proficiency in cross-platform development tools, and a passion for delivering high-quality software Lead a team of iOS developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.


    • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable code solutions for cross-platform development.
    • Ensure the adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques for iOS and Android platforms.
    • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Work closely with quality assurance teams to define test cases, perform testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the overall quality of the application.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development technologies and frameworks, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
    • Lead efforts to optimize app performance, enhance user experience, and address any compatibility issues across different devices and OS versions.
    • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs, databases, and other backend services into the mobile application.
    • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of features and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in iOS development, with a strong portfolio of iOS applications developed and deployed to the App Store.
    • Extensive experience with cross-platform development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, or similar.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, and/or Kotlin.
    • In-depth knowledge of iOS SDK, Xcode IDE, Android Studio, and other relevant development tools.
    • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, design patterns, and best practices.
    • Experience with version control systems such as Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering pixel-perfect, polished user interfaces.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading development teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS, Firebase, or Azure for mobile application development.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
    • Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
    • Experience in developing applications with a focus on accessibility and internationalization.
    • Certifications in iOS development or cross-platform development frameworks.
