What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving continual process improvements across various functions to create value for global organization. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals and be accountable for providing timely technical support to stakeholders of our Beauty and Home vertical (for Bars format) for customer projects, global initiatives, Innovation and application development to generate business opportunities in Bars, globally.
What We're Looking For:
• Expertise in developing Bar formulations in Beauty and Home applications
• To lead new product development (Innovation), create, and implement testing protocols for various bar applications.
• Provide solutions as required for formulation development of Bars.
• Collaborate with commercial team for value selling of Lubrizol ingredients.
• Technical support for the sales and marketing teams
• Training internal team and Customers/distributors on Lubrizol ingredients (with expertise in Bar format).
• Actively support Pipeline development in Bars
Skills That Make a Difference:
• M. Tech / M.E. / M. Sc. (Chemistry) OR equivalent
• 10 years+ of experience in formulation R & D / Technical Service and Application in reputed Personal Care / Home care / FMCG Company(s) in Bar format
• Active Customer partnership
