Your responsibilities will include.

Managing construction projects, focusing on layout and technical aspects.

Interpreting technical drawings and specifications for implementation.

Preparing estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and as-built documentation.

Assessing electrical requirements for projects and supervising their execution.

Coordinating with other contractors and agencies appointed by management.

Certifying subcontractor bills and maintaining communication with general contractors.

Monitoring progress and generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Understanding contract documents, project schedules, and construction sequencing.

Assisting in the installation of electrical systems for various components.

Coordinating electrical material systems and administration.

Liaising with consultants, engineers, and relevant personnel. Good English & Kannda Communication is required
