    Associate Consultant, Strategic Operations


    Associate Consultant, Strategic Operations is responsible for driving our operational excellence across all our regions and markets and takes extreme ownership for business development and operational execution of the business managing both internal and external stakeholders as required.


    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for a broad work stream to develop strategies and a structured approach to drive operational improvements in the frontline operations
    • Work closely with servicecentric teams to provide analysis, reporting, drive operational results, and monitor process and informational flows.
    • Provide leadership, strategic direction, and technical expertise in process improvement on the various operational aspects. Facilitate projects (individually or in teams) that employ Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen problemsolving methodology, to deliver business results (improved customer service, quality, reliability, predictability, productivity, and financial performance).
    • Work with team members to modify operational and administrative processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality to achieve operational excellence. Develop and implement procedures with the highest compliance level
    • Identify issues and opportunities in the value chain, translate analysis into meaningful insights, and recommend corrective actions to key decisionmakers in the business.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and concerns emerging from data and highlight the same to leadership, with recommendations in a clear, concise manner to enable smooth and quick decision making.
    • Identify and share best practices that could be incorporated into the system. Proactively informs stakeholders/management on KPIs deviation and proposes corrective measures to reach targets.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Postgraduate in Business, Economics or Finance
    • Six Sigma/Lean certification is preferable
    • 46 years in a research/analytics firm OR a similar role in any other industry
    • 12 years of managing projects independently
    • Working knowledge of Tableau, Data Studio, Amplitude, and Google Analytics
    • Experience in Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen projects

    • Ability to work with data and draw insights
    • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflow
    • Selfdirected, with excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner
    • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced and challenging environment
    • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint); Very strong knowledge of MS Excel
    • Excellent communication, people management, stakeholders management, and leadership skills
