Hybrid Learning Teaching Assistant - Noida, India - PW (PhysicsWallah)

Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to provide on-site support for our innovative hybrid learning model. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring students have a positive and productive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Guidance & Assistance:
• Help students understand concepts presented in remote lessons.
• Clarify instructions and assignments.
• Assist students with debugging their code, identifying errors, and finding solutions.
• Answer student questions and offer individualised support during coding activities.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and behaviour, providing feedback to the remote teacher as needed.
• Support the remote teacher in managing classroom dynamics and addressing any disruptions.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with students, parents (as required), and the remote teacher.
• Participate in regular check-ins and planning sessions with the remote teacher.

Qualifications:

• Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
• Demonstrable coding experience, ideally in the programming language(s) being taught (specify these).
• Prior experience working with students in a teaching, tutoring, or mentoring capacity is a significant advantage.
