    This team posts incoming funds at both plan and participant level. Processing instructions received via Payrolls, Invoice, Loans and Rollovers. Global Cash procedures includes -

  • Record Payroll Contributions for Manual Cash
  • Clear account rejections, negative cash, and loan rejections for all Keylinks cash
  • PLNK Cash – Prepare files for disk, excel file and magnetic tape cash plus reconcile to incoming wire or check.
  • Loan Repayments & Payoffs
  • Rollover & Profit-sharing Contributions
  • Invoice Payments
  • Forfeiture Reallocations for existing plans and DCT

  • Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates should have completed minimum of 12 months in their current role as Spec / Sr. Spec.
  • Ready to work in 9:00 PM IST shift.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. Retirement Industry.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Payrolls, Loan Payments and Rollovers will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient working knowledge of all Empower applications.
  • Ability to work independently on their current process.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring daily and monthly service quality and risk parameters are met.
  • Assisting team in queries and problem resolution.
  • Assisting Lead in executing training plan for the existing and new folks.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely quality check and audits are performed on transactions.
  • Timely completion of refunds, follow-ups on pending transactions to ensure audit requirements are met.
  • Actively participating in collaborating with internal teams and be flexible in supporting them when required.
  • Documenting a detailed note on all transactions in compliance with audit.
  • Identifying knowledge gap within the team and execution of refresher trainings.
  • Actively participate in process improvements and automation ideas.
  • Researching on any queries / requests sent by the Business Partners / Transaction Processing / Client Support Teams and replying to the same with minimum response time.
  • Should be able to work independently and complete deliverables within the timelines.
