We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic marketing team.

In this multifaceted role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the Marketing team while also contributing to various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for the Marketing department, handling incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
Manage the Marketing Manager's calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth meeting logistics.
Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for the Marketing team as needed.
Prepare presentations and meeting minutes, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Manage databases, filing systems, and expense reports.
Implement and maintain administrative procedures within the Marketing department.

Marketing Support:

Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media).Conduct research and compile data to support marketing initiatives.

Manage and update marketing collateral, such as brochures and presentations.
Contribute to content creation for marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics (optional, depending on experience).

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or marketing support role (or a combination of both).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.

Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and resourceful, with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative.
Discretion and trustworthiness, capable of handling confidential information.
Proficiency in standard office software packages (Microsoft Office Suite) and a willingness to learn new software.
A basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices (a plus).
