Description

• Project Coordination:

Collaborate with sales representatives and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Client Communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing project updates. Facilitate effective communication between clients and the sales team.

• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.

Coordinate with the Pre Sales Team and provide the inputs received from customer. So that the design and quotation shall be in line with customer requirement.

• Order Processing:

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

• Sales Support:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations and materials.

Assist in creating product catalogs and marketing collateral.

• Client Meetings:

Coordinate and schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales team.

Attend meetings to record minutes and follow up on action items.

• Reporting:

Generate regular sales and project status reports. Assist in preparing forecasts and budget reports
