    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and proposing customized IT consulting and staffing solutions.
    • Market Expansion: Identify and target potential business opportunities in diverse markets to expand the company's client base and increase market share.
    • Sales Leadership: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial client engagement to deal closure, ensuring all client requirements are met.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies that enhance business growth and client satisfaction.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and consulting teams to ensure that client engagements are fulfilled effectively and efficiently.

    Required Qualifications:
