    Description

    Job Title: Assistant Manager - Sales Support

    Location: Hyderabad

    Experience: 3 to 4 years

    Notice Period: Upto 30 days

    Roles and responsibilities:

    1. Assign leads to the team and ensure the daily targets by team members are met

    2. Ensuring process adherence by all team members

    3. Whenever required, speak to prospective clients and influence customers to buy our products.

    4. Reporting the team performance regularly and highlighting any deviations in process and performance

    5. On-job training of team members about pitching our product effectively and accurate qualification of leads

    6. Work closely with the sales team member to improve the conversion of transferred deals

    7. Creating and ensuring the weekly schedule of the team is followed

    Requirement:

    Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi.

    Qualification -

    • Graduate
    • Should be flexible to travel if required.
    • Team handling experience is must
    • 3 to 4 years of experience in telesales preferred
