    FSM is Field Sales Manager. FSM is a very important part in our organizational hierarchy. FSM is that who onboards brokers and generates sales through them.

    1) Broker Handling

    2) Good Communication Skill

    3) Strong Motivational Spirit & team driven

    4) Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.

    1) Maintain a good relationship with the client & Brokers.

    2) Keep proper documentation for each and every sale.

    3)Keeping brokers activated.

    4)Ensure daily site visits and close the sales.

    5)App implementation

    Experience & Educational Qualification:

    Qualification - Any Graduate.

    Experience - Min 1 years in Sales, Real Estate
