    Job Description

    • Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining, and reviewing the company policies, rules, and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. To monitor the floor to check all kinds of compliance issues.
    • To educate employees about all regulatory and legal requirements that can affect the organization. Since HR compliance laws are constantly changing and updating, it's essential that he/she, shall stay well-versed in employment law and any updates to compliance regulations.
    • Hire the right talent Conduct a background check (including the process of checking criminal history and motor vehicle records) in line with the provisions of the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) before an employee is hired. This will help ensure that only the most qualified and "responsible" candidates are hired into the company's workforce.
    • Payroll-related compliance Review all payroll compliances –Minimum wages – state-wise PF /ESI / LWF – Filing monthly returns, annual returns- Resolution of employee queries regarding PF / ESI, etc
    • Employee Records –Maintaining employee Personal data files Handling sensitive employee data or reports discreetly.

    Qualifications

    • Human Resources (HR) and Regulatory Compliance
    • Knowledge of HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law
    • Familiarity with the Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
