Requirement

12-18 Years' experience in process improvement function

Good understanding of the BFSI domain along with skills to enhance the

process performance

Strong written and verbal communication skills with good presentation skills

Hands on EE implementation knowledge on RPA and Digital technologies

Should have good understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts

Hands on knowledge of Minitab R software

Intermediate expertise in MS office tools

Job Description

Identify process improvement opportunities develop plan to execute Lean Six

Sigma projects in consultation with Delivery Leads

Work with Delivery Leads to quantify gains conduct feasibility studies assist

business case preparation and support deployment of Automation

opportunities

Support in new process Transition and ensure timely deliverables as per

Transition plan

Participate in Consulting and Due diligence projects as per opportunity

Facilitate Agile Way of Working Culture within Delivery Organisation

Create re-useable Assets in form of Case Studies and deploy Knowledge

Management practices

Support in Transformation Solutions build for RFPs and RFIs
