- Manageendtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening andselecting candidates for variouspositions
- Conduct interviews assess candidatesskills and qualifications and coordinate with hiring managers forfinal selection
- Develop and implement HRpolicies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws andregulations
- Handle employee onboarding andorientation programs as well as employee offboardingprocesses

- Minimum 1 to 2years of experience in HR roles preferably inrecruitment
- Strong knowledge of HR practicespolicies and employment laws
- Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills
- Abilityto prioritize tasks adhere to deadlines and work in a fastpacedenvironment
