    Description

    Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Assist the practice grow in the focus area of GCC/Captives and create solutions tailored to these clients.

    Focus on key accounts and build sales pipeline for the practice by supporting sales proposals

    Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Executive Directors and Partners

    Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen

    Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges

    Train, coach, and supervise staff

    Continue to develop internal relationships and your company brand

    Skills Required:

    Account Management and previous experience in Hunting as well as Farming accounts

    Experience in Risk/Data Analytics and analytics based solutions

    Ability to drive pursuits and work with the business stakeholders and clients

    Previous experience in selling to captives and working on contracting (MSA, local country agreement)

    Experience in Stakeholder management, project management and pursuits.

    Must be an effective communicator, who has a proven record of providing consulting experiences to global clients

    Prior Consulting/Big 4 experience
