    Overview:

    The TestManager plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality andreliability of software products by leading and managing thetesting team. They are responsible for overseeing the entiretesting process implementing testing strategies and ensuring thatthe software meets quality standards andrequirements.
    EXP: 7 to 15yrs

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop andimplement test strategies and plans.
    • Lead andmanage the testing team.
    • Ensure theimplementation and adherence to quality assuranceprocesses.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand project requirements and prioritize testingactivities.
    • Oversee the design and execution oftest cases and test scripts.
    • Manage testingschedules and resources to meet projectdeadlines.
    • Identify and escalate quality risksand issues to relevant stakeholders.
    • Monitorand report on testing progress andresults.
    • Stay updated on industry bestpractices and new testing tools.
    • Participate incontinuous improvement efforts to enhance testing efficiency andeffectiveness.
    • Conduct performance evaluationsand provide feedback to the testingteam.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory andsecurity standards.
    • Contribute to thedevelopment and maintenance of a robust testingenvironment.
    • Coordinate with crossfunctionalteams to resolve testingrelated issues.
    • Provideleadership and guidance in resolving complex testingchallenges.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in software testingand quality assurance.
    • Strong understanding oftesting methodologies and bestpractices.
    • Proficiency in testing tools such asSelenium LoadRunner or similar.
    • Experience inleading and managing testing teams.
    • Expertisein Agile methodology and its application in testingprocesses.
    • Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills.
    • Effective communication andinterpersonal abilities.
    • Indepth knowledge ofquality security and regulatorystandards.
    • Ability to prioritize and managemultiple testing projects.
    • Certifications inquality assurance or testing (e.g. ISTQB) is aplus.
    • Experience in conducting risk assessmentsand impact analyses.
    • Proficient in test casedesign and execution.
    • Strong leadership andmentoring capabilities.
    • Ability to adapt tochanging priorities anddeadlines.
